Non-VegThis quick and tasty egg fried rice is perfect for a satisfying meal in minutes. Packed with protein, veggies, and flavor, it’s ideal for busy days.
Ingredients

Cooked rice – 2 cups (300g)

Eggs – 2 large

Oil – 1 tbsp
4.
Soy sauce – 2 tsp
5.
Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
6.
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
7.
Spring onions – 2 tbsp, chopped
Instructions
1.
Cook Eggs: Scramble the eggs in 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Veggies: In the remaining oil, sauté garlic and mixed vegetables for 2–3 minutes.

Mix: Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
4.
Combine: Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan, mix well, season to taste, and garnish with chopped spring onions.
