Ingredients

Boneless chicken breast – 250g

Greek yogurt (hung curd) – ¼ cup

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

6.

Red chili powder – ½ tsp

7.

Garam masala – ½ tsp

8.

Cumin powder – ½ tsp

9.

Salt – to taste

10.

Olive oil – 1 tsp

Fresh coriander & lemon wedges – for garnish

Instructions

Marinate: Mix yogurt, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).

Cook: Grill, air-fry, or bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15–20 mins until fully cooked and slightly charred.
