Ingredients
Rolled oats β Β½ cup (40g)
Low-fat milk or plant-based milk β 1 cup (240ml)
Apple β 1 small, diced
Cinnamon β Β½ tsp
Chia seeds β 1 tsp (optional)
Honey or maple syrup β 1 tsp (optional)
Water β ΒΌ cup (optional, for thinner consistency)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, water, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil.
Add diced apples and cinnamon. Simmer for 5β7 minutes until the oats are soft and apples are tender.
