Ingredients

Low-fat milk or plant-based milk – 1 cup (240ml)

Apple – 1 small, diced

Cinnamon – Β½ tsp

Chia seeds – 1 tsp (optional)

Honey or maple syrup – 1 tsp (optional)

7.

Water – ΒΌ cup (optional, for thinner consistency)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, water, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil.

Add diced apples and cinnamon. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the oats are soft and apples are tender.
