Ingredients
1 cup boiled chickpeas (channa)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Juice of Β½ lemon
ΒΌ tsp chaat masala
ΒΌ tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
Optional: pomegranate seeds, grated carrot, or boiled potato cubes
Instructions
Boil the channa (if not pre-boiled) until soft but not mushy. Drain and let it cool.
In a large bowl, combine boiled channa, onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
Add lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
