Wholesome roll packed with grilled chicken, crunchy veggies, and fiber-rich roti—perfect for clean eating, weight loss, and PCOS-friendly diets

Ingredients

1.

100g boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced

2.

1 tsp olive oil

3.

½ onion, thinly sliced

4.

½ capsicum, thinly sliced

5.

1 small tomato, deseeded & chopped

6.

1 whole wheat roti (per roll)

7.

2 tbsp thick curd (for spread)

8.

Salt, black pepper, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala – to taste

9.

1 tsp lemon juice

10.

Fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions

1.

Marinate Chicken: Mix chicken with salt, pepper, turmeric, chilli powder, and a squeeze of lemon. Let it rest for 15 mins.

2.

Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Cook chicken till tender and lightly browned.

3.

Sauté Veggies: In the same pan, toss in onion, capsicum, and tomato for 2–3 mins until slightly soft.

4.

Assemble Roti: Spread curd on the whole wheat roti. Place chicken and veggies in the center. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander.

5.

Roll it up and toast lightly if desired.
