Ingredients
1 medium beetroot (boiled or roasted, peeled, and diced)
½ cup paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
¼ cup cucumber, chopped
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, deseeded and chopped
1 tbsp coriander or mint leaves, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
½ tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)
1 tsp olive oil (optional, for dressing)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine diced beetroot, paneer, cucumber, onion, and tomato.
Add salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder, and lemon juice. Mix gently.
