Ingredients
Boiled chickpeas (chana) – 1 cup
Paneer (cottage cheese) – ½ cup (cubed or crumbled)
Cucumber – 1 (chopped)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Onion – ½ (finely chopped)
Capsicum (any colour) – ½ cup (chopped)
Carrot – 1 small (grated or chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Black salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp (optional)
Olive oil – 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add boiled chickpeas and paneer cubes.
Toss in all chopped veggies: cucumber, tomato, onion, capsicum, carrot.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Season with salt, pepper, cumin powder, and chaat masala.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil (if using).
