Ingredients
Whole wheat roti β 1 medium
Low-fat paneer β 30 g, crumbled
Chopped vegetables (carrot, capsicum, cucumber)
Mint chutney β 1 tsp
Curd (for dressing) β 1 tbsp
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the crumbled paneer with the chopped vegetables.
